Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Printz Wear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Return and Refund Policy explains the terms under which you can return the products purchased from Printz Wear and how refunds are processed.

Returns

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, misprinted, or broken, please contact us at returns@printzwear.com within 7 days of delivery. You will need to provide detailed images of the product showing the defect and the original packaging. Upon verification, we will reprint and ship a new product to you at no additional cost.
  2. Size Discrepancies: If there is a discrepancy in the size of the product received, please provide images of the product along with the size measurement. This information will be checked with our production team for validation.
  3. Unboxing: We advise you to carefully unbox the package. If the package is damaged during unboxing (e.g., with scissors or any sharp object), a refund may not be possible unless you provide an unpacking video or images of the courier cover.
  4. Package Damage Upon Receipt: If you notice any damage on the package while receiving it from the courier, please mention the damage in the remark while signing. This information is crucial for us to claim a refund from the courier service.
  5. Wrong Size Ordered or Change of Mind: We do not accept exchanges or returns for products ordered in the wrong size or for reasons unrelated to defects or damage. Please refer to the size chart provided in the product details before placing your order. If you need a different size or item, you will need to place a new order.
  6. Bulk Orders: No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds: Please note that bulk orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Ensure that all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges for delivering the product and COD charges will not be refunded. Additionally, shipping charges for returning the product will be deducted from the refund amount. You will receive the credit within a week, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
