At Printz Wear, we strive to provide our customers with flexibility and convenience. However, due to the nature of our products and processes, there are some limitations on order cancellations. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel an order made on https://printzwear.com.
Order Cancellation
- Cancellation Window: Orders can only be cancelled before they are submitted for printing. Once an order has been submitted for printing, it cannot be cancelled.
- Requesting a Cancellation: To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at contact@printzwear.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been submitted for printing.
- Cancellation Confirmation: If your cancellation request is successful, you will receive a confirmation email. This email is your proof of cancellation and may be necessary if there are any queries about your cancellation in the future.
- Refunds for Cancelled Orders: If your order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Ineligibility for Cancellation: Orders that have already been submitted for printing are not eligible for cancellation. In such cases, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for options available to you after receiving your order.
Modifications to Orders
- Modification Requests: If you wish to make changes to your order (such as size, color, or address changes), please contact us as soon as possible at contact@printzwear.com. If the order has not yet been submitted for printing, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Limitation on Modifications: We cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify your order, but we will make every effort to do so if the order has not yet been processed for printing.
